Actions

1. Releases the exterior: for both hot & cold exterior disorders. Because of its mild character, it is also appropriate for treating patterns of yin deficiency with superimposed exterior disorders.

2. Eliminates irritability: for irritabilty, restlessness, a stifling sensation in the chest, & insomnia following febrile disorders.
